URGENT HELP FOR MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS

Healthy Mind Academy is NOT a Crisis Support Service

If you are currently having thoughts of death, self-harm, or suicide, or experiencing any other mental health crisis, please reach out to a crisis Support Service for assistance without delay.

If you, or someone else's life is in immediate danger, DIAL 000 immediately. Your safety and well-being are paramount, and it is crucial to seek immediate assistance in such situations.

While our mission at Healthy Mind Academy is to assist people in understanding and learning about mental health topics like anxiety, depression, and related conditions, we are not equipped to provide urgent help during times of crisis.

If you require urgent assistance, we strongly encourage you to seek help immediately from your GP or other trusted qualified healthcare professional or consider calling the support services provided below.

If you are located outside of Australia, please contact your country’s national emergency number.

Additional Notes:

112 is the EU emergency number which also works in India, UK and EU countries (alongside the pre-existing country-specific emergency numbers)

911 is the US emergency number which works across North America

999 is the UK emergency number.
